Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address, and sign-in method, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Photos you upload and images you create — stored so you can use them in the studio and gallery. Uploaded photos are sent to AI model providers to create your results. Images you create carry a standard tag in their file that marks them as AI-generated; it contains no personal information.
• Billing information — your plan, credit balance, and payment history. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Usage information — pages visited, features used, errors, and technical details such as browser type, collected through our analytics provider (PostHog) and server logs.
• Support messages — what you send us when you ask for help.

• to run the studio and deliver the images you ask for;
• to bill you correctly and prevent fraud and abuse;
• to fix problems, keep the service secure, and improve it;
• to answer your questions and send service notices.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated images to train AI models, and our model providers are contractually restricted from doing so with the data we send them.

We use trusted providers who process data on our instructions: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services (file storage and delivery), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (product analytics), and AI model providers such as fal.ai and Google for image and video generation. Some of these providers operate outside your country; where they do, transfers are covered by standard contractual safeguards.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect against abuse. Product analytics run without cookies until you have signed in and are limited to understanding how the studio is used. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your uploads and results stay in your account until you delete them or close your account, after which they are removed within 30 days. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

You can delete individual products and results from the studio at any time. You can ask us to export or delete your account data, to correct inaccurate details, or to stop particular processing, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email support@glammo.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Glammo AI is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and images of children may not be uploaded.

If you use Glammo AI through our Shopify app, we receive from Shopify your store’s name and contact email, and the products you choose to bring into Glammo: their titles, types, vendors, tags, collections, variants (names and SKUs) and photos. We use this only to provide the service: to show your products, create images and videos from them, and add the results to your products when you ask.

We do not access your store’s customers or orders. Charges for the app are billed by Shopify.

When you uninstall the app, Shopify asks us, 48 hours later, to erase your store’s data. We then delete your store’s contact details, our copies of its Shopify products and every file stored for it, and close its Glammo account.

Glammo AI is run by Allyce AI Ltd., which is responsible for your personal data as its “controller”. When this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the studio before the change takes effect. Questions: support@glammo.ai.
