Common questions
What can I do for free?
Every new account gets 10 credits once, with no card required — 10 images, or two four-second videos. You can use the whole studio, including edits, packshots, and video. Free results are for trying Glammo; to use them commercially and download them, choose any paid plan. Free credits you haven't used stay on your account when you subscribe.
What's the difference between the plans?
Mostly volume, and the bigger the plan the less each image costs. Starter is $19 a month for 25 credits — 25 images. Pro is $59 for 120, and Studio $149 for 375. Every plan includes downloads and credit top-ups; Pro and Studio add your own custom models and scenes.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Plan credits renew each month, and unused monthly credits don't carry over. Credits you buy as top-ups don't expire while your account is open.
How do top-ups work?
On any paid plan, you can buy 10 more credits for $9 at any time, up to five packs at once. Purchased credits don't expire while your account is open.
Which plans include video?
All of them, including Free. A four-second video costs 5 credits, so your free credits cover two. Using it commercially and downloading it needs a paid plan.
Can I create my own models and scenes?
Yes, with Pro or Studio. A custom model costs 6 credits, and a custom backdrop for a scene costs 1. Free and Starter accounts use the Glammo cast and scene library.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Usage & Credits. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
